Create some material that you would call original "noise." Then create its exact opposite. Combine the two into a composition. No prepackaged "noise generators" are allowed nor is the creation of preconceived concepts of noise allowed (such as the various established noise "colors" [white, pink, brown, etc.]).

Proposal
The composers of the Goleta Composer Collection shall post compositional material (arrangements of pitches/dynamics/lengths, arrangements of prerecorded sounds, images, etc) and tag them as material. The material shall be downloadable.
Composers shall post organization paradigms of organization, ideas on what how things may be put together, in the form of code, Schenker diagrams, a series of words etc and tag them as organization. The material shall be downloadable.
Composers shall post ideas pertaining to the organizing structure of the collection, aesthetic observations, random intellectual deviations, objections, debate, maters of pragmatic organization etc and tag them as house keeping.
Composers shall post compositions created from downloaded material, noting contributions from others and tag them as compositions.
All posts shall be tagged with the posters initials.
